Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aplyin ("the Service"), including the Chrome extension and web dashboard at aplyin.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Aplyin provides AI-powered tools to extract job details from job postings, autofill application forms, and track your job applications via a web dashboard and Chrome extension.

We do not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or any specific outcome from using the Service.

AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses OpenAI's API to process job descriptions and form fields and generate autofill suggestions. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all autofilled information before submitting any job application. Aplyin is not liable for:

• Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading AI-generated content
• Rejected applications due to errors in autofilled data
• Any consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated output

User Accounts

Tiers

• Anonymous — 1 fill per day, no authentication required (anonymous ID)
• Free — 10 fills per day, Google OAuth
• Pro — Unlimited fills per day, Google OAuth

We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Use the Service to submit fraudulent job applications
• Violate any job platform's terms of service
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or account tier restrictions
• Upload malicious files or content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Aplyin name, logo, Chrome extension, website, and all related code and design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your CV, profile data, and any content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including:

• OpenAI — AI processing (subject to OpenAI's Terms)
• Google — Authentication (subject to Google's Terms)

We are not responsible for the availability or practices of these third-party services.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aplyin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall Aplyin or its owners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
